Welcome to MMi

Sounds to me that you need to learn how to use SSH to manipulate themes, you'll love it.
You should e-mail the creator of this theme for additional icon support, but there my be a member that is willing to do the work for you.

Rather then delete just rename and leave the file there, that way you can try things with it and if it doesn't work, easy to fix. I add bac to the files like iconn.png to iconbac.png makes it easy.
Just play around and see what happens

Every time you change something in your iPhone, you need to reboot it for the changes to take effect.
Also if you put this theme in the winter board theme folder you also have to open winter board and put a check by the theme your using.
