As many as I try none of them seem to be changing the layout, battery, pictures, or sounds of the phone.

Anyone else having issues?

Can't figure out whats causing it.

Having Cydia and Icy on there, used PWNAGE Tool on OSX to jailbreak.

I have the same issue with the same setup, no wallpaper or anything, I have iReboot and Stumbler Plus installed but they keep failing. I've uninstalled and resinstalled a few times. I get two errors when i try do install them.

i used redsnow and mine are working but a few of them never change from theme to theme. The voice memo, SMS and a few others stay normal 3.0 style. Also some themes done show battery, some dont have option in settings for sound
