Lost theme

Hiya all

I know this may sound a little bit stupid and all, but here is the question:

I recently lost (accidentally deleted) a really cool theme. Now the problem is that I need it for a small presentation for school.
Lucky me that I made a lockscreen wallpaper similar to the springboard wallpaper of the theme. link below

All I did was make a blank page, make a screenshot, and remove the dots on the bottom and info at the top using photoshop.

I would really appriciate it if anyone could give me the name of this theme.
It also has a orange slider, shaped like an arrow.
