I've run into a small problem when creating a theme for an appstore app, iMafia

I've figured out how to use winterboard to theme part of the app. But the problem is that some of the images are loaded from the iMafia.app directory. and some of the images are loaded from a separate directory called Documents

So for example
/var/mobile/applications/(random letters)/iMafia.app/*
/var/mobile/applications/(random letters)/Documents/*

it appears that images are loaded from both file paths.

Here is what my winterboard package looks like

/library/themes/My iMafia Theme/Bundles/com.playmesh.iMafia/*
Images that are placed in that folder, seem to coincide with the images located in iMafia.app

I've tried creating a Documents folder, but no matter where I place the folder and respective images, they just don't seem to load.

Can winterboard only replace images inside iMafia.app? if not, what should I do?
