I have the 1G iPod touch, so pushing the Power/Away buttons will show both images (Homepage/Lockscreen/Slider)?

I registered with zshare, but how do you upload files? Like, I have my theme folder with all my folders in it but how do I upload what the screenshots will look like (Homepage with Icons/Lockscreen&Slider)? I am very new to this stuff, so please bear with me.

and you press both the power and home buttons at the same time then let go and a pic of your screen will be in your photos. you are doing the theme wrong just so you know. you are supposed to make the folder on your desktop then drag the entire thing to your library/themes. that way when you want to distribute it you use winrar or winzip on windows or ctrl+click on the folder and compress to get a .zip

when you have your .zip folder just go to zshare.net and click browse and find your file then upload

Him I am good to go with the how theme thing thanks to you and others, I do create the folder and once it is all complete I did drag and drop it into the Theme on WinSCP. I have already complete a full theme (Blue Flame), and I dragged and dropped it into WinSCP and it is all good on my iPod touch (looks awesome)! So all you do is push both buttons and it will take a picture of my image (both Homescreen&Icons/Lockscreen&Slider)? I thought when you push both buttons it starts the Lockdown power off mode? If it does do what you say where would I find it if it did take the picture of this? You do know I am dealing with a 1G iPod touch right?

yeah it doesnt matter what u have, if it worked ur screen will flash white and the pic will be in ur photos app

you just tap both buttons at the same time DONT hold them

O.k I did that and it worked but it shows up in my Wallpaper area of General, and I did the Lockscreen&Slider quick when it turns on but it does not seem to have the Slider part I created? Also if it shows up in my Wallpaper, how would I get it into zshare.net. I did already register an account with them now, so I am good to go with that but just want to know how to get them to zshare? Would I plug my iPod in and SSH it with WinSCP?

wait what? when u take the pic it only shows what u have on ur screen at the time. then u do the sync to get them on ur comp

if you upload to zshare or anywhere you have to compress the file to a .zip .tar .tar.gz .rar or something like that

use winzip or winrar to do that then u upload the zipped folder to zshare

I'm sorry but when I sync to computer are you talking about plugging my iPod into the tower and where do I go from there (sorry)?

you dont know how to get photos off of your ipod? im talking about sync with itunes, but in windows u can go to computer/ipod and u should see your photos

O.k I imported them to Windows Photo Gallery , and what do I do know and I am sorry I just never had the need for this before but you learn something new everyday. Thank god for you being patient and great at this, if not I would not be able to share my stuff

now make a new thread and attach the images that you just got off the ipod and on zshare just click browse and find the .zip file that you made

then put the direct link into your release thread

Him, I uploaded it into zshare but how do you turn it into a zip file because it won't attach when I try to create a new post with the images attached?
Thanks Him for all your patients and help today, I finally figured it out and it is in the Theme sharing area but I don't know how to add pictures to my name before you click on my post. Atleast it is there, again thanks and have a good night!

I use WinRAR. you can download it from many sites. Then if the file were on your desktop, just right click and click "add to archive. This will compress the file. Now you will see a new file on your desktop that is compressed.

One question, I did that and I belong to zshare but how do I attach the complete theme to my post because I just had the **** kicked out of me for not adding screen shots and the proper download link! I finally just attached a .rar format one and it works but to late after the **** kicking, and they said that they are not my own icons. Mean while, most members out there for their first themes borrow icons from somewhere? Anyways thanks for the help, and if you can answer the other questions I have that would be appreciated.
