change app icons using abeo?

saw this post on mack2themes that has some app icons i would like to use. Could someone sum up how to change these icons? I know you usually just replace whatever icons are already there with the theme but i am unsure about the app icons

you would have use a program like Winscp to access your theme files to replace app icons. If your worried about changing the icons, it's not a problem and will not affect them other than changing them to what you want.
