Hello everyone this is my first post, I was wondering if anyone could help me find/make World of warcraft sounds for iphone, (not music) and Dragonball Z UIsounds, ive searched near and far and just decided to ask yall, thanks for the time!

I am just doing the same thing right now with creating my own custome WoW-WotLK theme.

Try Google'ing "MpqViewer".
I have used this tool (v1.5.2) to extract over 17 thousand sounds (mostly WAV's but some MP3's) which I am now going to convert to CAF's.
