Greetings. I am sure this has been asked before, but is there an application that can recall a theme and place icons on the springboard according to that particular theme?

    Not sure, but there is an app in cydia called WbApp that might work for you. Check it out.

    yes, i had that on my phone prior to the last restore..it seemed to be a very powerful application, however the instructions for that thing gave me a damn headache, so i was wondering if there is another app out there similar but more user friendly.

    Just play around with it. I struggled at first but it allows you to build several custom themes and saves them, preview too. If I can figure it out, I'm sure you can too.
