if its winterboard simply open up the icons folder, right click on the icon and select properties. this will tell you the size of the icon.

yeah its winterboard
but then how could i resize the other icons
and i dont think that the bigger icons show up under the theme in winterboard because they arent actually custom icons from the theme, so where could i find those?

what do you mean where can you find them? if you know which ones arent showing up find those icons in the theme folder. if its stock icons you are looking for the actual files are located in the apps folder. root\applications\"appname.app" then it will be called icon.png
is that what your asking? The beatings will continue until morale improves.

copy them over and just use a program to resize them. then name the icon the name of the app....so like Mail.png or Phone.png and move them over to the icon folder of the winterboard theme. then respring
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
