Need help transferring downloaded files from computer to iPod

Hey, so I'm fairly new to modding and everything. I get the basic concept but most of the more complicated things I don't understand.

So my question is: How do I put files I've downloaded from MMI (I'm using Windows Vista) onto my iPod Touch (JB, 1G, 2.2.1)?

i.e. E-Dragon's 'Star Badges'
I downloaded the file. But now I'm confused as to how I should go about putting it onto my iPod.

Any help is greatly appriciated and THANKS in advance!
