    Default Whats the Difference?
I've been using winterboard since it became available and so far it does all the customizations ive wanted plus more. One question that always bothered me though, was, what is the difference between the folder/springboard.app and bundles/com.apple.springboard. I always put the same icons in each folder but is that neccessary? Is folder/springboard.app only in there for the summmerboard users? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

thanks, i guess ill keep putting the same files in each folder then. I just thought that eliminating one folder might help cut down on the lag.

They dont have to be put into both folders. I was just saying winterboard will except both, depending on what the image is.

Oh, i see. Makes sense. I was just ssh-ing into my phone and trying to cut down on unused files. I needed more space and every little bit helps. Thanks for your responses too.
