usually you make one. most psd files for theme templates are located in the themes themselves. so find a theme you like and want to modify, download it (either on your phone or from this site) then get the XXX.theme folder to your desktop or whatever. then browse through it until you find a psd file. some of them have them, some dont.

thanks man , would you happen to be willing to help me with this stuff like on aim or something i'm so confused on how to make this stuff and how to get it on my phone as well as how to get any themes from my computer to my phone the whole ssh thing confuses me
