Default Calendar app info on the lock screen?

Is there an app that can show anything I have in my Cal App on the lock screen? I have the Status Notifer with the Notifier Widget, which is GREAT and just shows simple, nice looking lines of text when I get a new SMS or new email or missed call, etc, that also says it shows a notification on the lock screen when you get a new calendar entry. Now this must me for when you get sent one over your exchange server, as I've never seen anything I've put in my calendar, be it a meeting or birthday reminder or whatever, show on the phone's lockscreen ever. I don't use Exchange, so won't ever get any notifications of new calendar entries if this is how they are updated.

So, if I input my friends and family birthdays into my Cal app, and add meeetings, reminders, events etc, is there something I can use to have that info (ie, the info for that specific day) on the lock screen to remind me? Cos my Nokia used to do that and was VERY VERY usefull!!!!!

Also, if anyone knows how, I'd love the Cal icon to show a "blob" notification (you know, like when you see a number in the red blob on the SMS icon when you have a new text) corralating to the number of entries in the cal for that that day. IE, if I have a birthday reminder, plus a meeting during the day and an event of an eveing, it would show a 3 in a red blob on the cal icon on the spring board, and on the lock screen, in the lines of text along with NEW SMS, NEW EMAIL, MISSED CALL, etc, I'd see three lines saying "x's birthday", "Meeting, 1pm" and "party, 8pm" for example....

    Idea's?

Had intellisync, didn't like it. As I said, I also like to use the Notifier Widget which suffers when you use intellisync. Sorry I didn't mention NOT wanting to use Intellisync in the original post.

As for stating there being several, why not list them, instead of stating there are several, but only mentioning one?

Besides intelliscreen, I don't know of any other either but I'd sure like to know. As far as I remember, you can add a calendar widget but it does not give you any calendar notifications.

After spending most of the day trawling through Google, it seems that there are a couple others.

One is µCalendar, which is part of KATE from Installer. I won't touch this for two reasons. 1) It's a pay for app, and 2) everyone I've ever heard of that has installed KATE has had problems and bricked their iPhones, so I won't touch it.

Next is RemindYou, from Cydia. Two problems. 1) it's also a pay for app, and 2) it shows ALL your calendar entries, and has no options to change this. At least with Intellisync you can select it to show today only, today + tomorrow, 3 days, 4, 5 etc...

Another app, free this time, on Cydia is HomescreenCalendarUS. This works in tandem with StatusNotifier, but isn't a solution as all it does is show A calendar (month view) on the lock screen, and not YOUR calendar on the lockscreen, and doesn't show any entries you have in your iPhone Cal App. It does let you put a single or week view weather app on the lockscreen tho, which looks cool. However, you can't change the background wallpaper (it overrides your personal wallpaper) and there are no options to change anything on it.

Lock Widget is another app that works exactly like HomescreenCalenderUS, and lets you put a single or week view weather app on the lockscreen tho, which looks cool. But again, not your calendar or your entries, just a month view calendar, and it can't be downloaded and installed on the iPhone from Cydia, you have to SSH into the phone and manually add it to library/themes folder, then edit the docs in there to customise to your twon/city for the weather etc.

So, so far, not found one yet that will do what I want!

    Default Revisited

Thank you Thrush. This was exactly the search I was about to go on. Any updates out there ? Is this still the state of things ? Do people have a preference intelliscreen vs. remindyou ? Does installing intelliscreen today cause any compatibility problems with Cydia or other apps?

I use Intelliscreen. It seems to work best for me in terms of showing info on lockscreen and also displaying alerts. The only problem is it's not too stable. Sometimes it disappears and you got to unlock and relock your phone for it to reappear. But I've tried several other apps and this one works best for me.

Also I use this in conjunction with google sync, so my cal get updated. you can see events updated right before your eyes on the lock screen. Also, another added benefit is google cal can send you text message alerts for free, so you get that added reminder too.

    Hope this helps
