I've had WB for a while, mainly so I could have my lockscreen wallpaper show on the springboard, and add a custom dock. I also really like the StatusNotifier (for the status bar icons) and the Notifier Widget to give the simple text lines on the lockscreen to tell me of new emails, new sms, missed calls etc)
However, whilst most of it is simple enough to work out, there's a couple things I don't get, and google isn't throwing up answers!
So here's hoping you guys can tell me!
Right, so... Aurora is the theme I created to have a custom Lockscreen image and custom dock, and then I use a picture from my photo library and select USER WALLPAPER to make it show on my springboard (so I have different lockscreen and springboard wallpapers). As you can see I also have the StatusNotifier and Notifier Widget activated. Cool.
But!
What does LOCK STATUS do? Activating it and deactivating it, doesn't seem to make a difference!?!?!
The rest seem to make sense - NO UNDOCKED ICON LABELS / NO DOCKED ICON LABELS is pretty self explanatory, as is DIM WALLPAPER and TRANSPARENT DOCK.
Then I see USER LOCK BACKGROUND - what does this do? Again, turing it on and off doesn't seem to make a difference....
Anyone shed some light on these for me?
Lastly, the stck iPhone "bubble" notifications you get on the lock screen to tell you when you get a new SMS or missed call. I turned on the option in the settings to set passcode lock so that I could disable the "show SMS preview" on the lock screen, so now it just says "NEW TEXT MESSAGE" instead, which is cool. When I get a missed call it just says "1 MISSED CALL"
But when I have say, 2 missed calls and a text, or whatever combination, how do I get rid of the bubble to lists them? I don't remember getting this before I started turning the LOCK STATUS option in WB on and off... Any app I can get to disable this completely (or even disable the bubbles entirely, on the lock screen AND when the phone is in use - I hate that I get a preview of the SMS when I recieve it - no good when someone else is using your phone and you get an SMS)
???
Anyone got any idea's?
