How did you get them to Winterboard in the first place?
If you downloaded them using Cydia..then go back to Cydia and uninstall them.
and
If you used a SSH client to upload..then use SSH client to delete them.

are you at the right place on Cydia?
go to Cydia..let it finishes updating..then click on the Manage tab at the bottom...then click on Packages..and your installed stuffs are in there...find it..click on it..and uninstall.

I need help too...
Yeah it seems like he's a noob and doesn't know how to uninstall from cydia. I of course know how to do it. BUT, I installed this lame themes called XHD and after uninstalling it through cydia, there is this annoying LEFTOVER XHD option in my winterboard settings.
I'm pretty sure if I can navigate to that file using iFile and delete whatever remnant of that theme is on there it will solve the problem.
So here's my question, any idea's in what directory I might start looking for some file that for some reason or another didn't get deleted?
Thanks
JJ
