Need help with custom clock

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me make a custom digital clock on my springboard... I have the HTC perfect storm theme and really like it but i would like to make my own theme but i can't seem to understand what script is used to decide where the numbers are located i want to be able to make them to the right and tilt them a little... any help would be greatly appreciated
