Are you talking about a calendar widget or just the stock calendar.app? My stock calendar.app does show the date on the springboard.

At any rate, the new updated WinterBoard (came out in Cydia this afternoon pacific time) still does not fix the issue with WbApp weatherwidget. Saurik says it does, but it did not work for me, I still have to use Chefanim's fix (see above in this thread)

As far as the weather widgets and time html

You guys have it backwards. There is no need to rename the "Wallpaper.png" to widget or copy any "Wallpaper.png" to where the widget is.

SSH into your phone and look at the folders inside your current theme. You will see that there is now a "private" folder there. All you have to do is copy the "Wallpaper.html" to your current theme and copy all the files from your weather or time widget into the "private" folder within your theme. Bam - your done and all your files are in one place and you don't have to have weather or time in the "Dim Wallpaper.theme" folder or have to rename anything.

In summary, the new widget functionality allows you to merge it to your current theme instead of choosing multiple themes in winterboard.

Ya, when I updated WB and the Buuf2 theme I lost my zipper sliders, my analouge battery and my wallpaper. Do I have to apply them manually?

It does work for me. I copied the LockBackground.html and Wallpaper.html files from Wbweatherwidget folder into my theme folder. I also copied the whole /private folder in Wbweatherwidget into my theme folder. Then I dragged my theme folder on top of my Wbweatherwidget folder in WinterBoard, I deleted the Wallpaper.png folder I had previously inserted in the Wbweatherwidget folder, and finally it all works, even without the wallpaper.png file in the Wbweatherwidget folder.

You must have al least one theme, otherwise you wouldn't be interested in things like WinterBoard and WbApp and WbWeatherWidget

BTW, Bear Hunter's method is not immune from bugs. I found an incompatibility between Lock Status and WbWeatherWidget. On the Lock Screen, I can display one or the other. Possibly, this can be fixed by copying .html files and /private folder in the Lock Status folder. I haven't done it yet. I'll let you know. Indeed, I wonder if one should copy only Wallpaper.html in the main theme folder and only LockBacground.html in the Lock Status folder (but /private in both folders, of course). Anybody knows? Bear Hunter?

EDIT: it does not work for me. I copied the files and private folder in the Lock Status folder, but it does not fix the incompatibility between WbWeatherWidget and Lock Status icons on the lockscreen

It is not logic to put weather and time widget inside you theme. This mean i have to copy X times my widget that as many themes i got. It is more logic to have a seperate widget theme so that it can be combined

Where is saurik ? is their any fix comming soon so that we can use weather outside please

My wallpaper has disappeared with the new WinterBoard.
I am not using any widgets of any kind.

Here are the folders I have in Themes:

Glass Orb.theme
No Docked Icon Labels.theme
No Undocked Icon Labels.theme
User Lock Background.theme

My Wallpaper.jpg in Glass Orb.theme used to show up just fine. Now its gone! I tried converting it to png, putting it in User Wallpaper.theme and activating that in Winterboard and creating a Private folder in Glass Orb.theme all to no avail. Saurik, what's going on?!?

UPDATE: New Winterboard in Cydia! Wallpapers are back!!!
