Lock Clock Top Bar

I've made a request for this before on my old iphone. But is there anyway someone can make the "Lock Clock Top Bar" background (the bar behind the clock on the lock screen) transparent. So it could used in Winterboard. I'm sure a lot of people would love this. thanks to anybody who can make this happen in advance.
