This is by no means a complete list. I am only starting this
in hopes that you guys can finish it. As I am new to skinning/theming. This is what I have learned so far.
p.s. I tried searching for a list like this but couldnt find one,
so if there is, kindly redirect me.

This is considering you already know how to SSH your themes to you iPhone.

Create the Directory/Folders in your theme. Remember it is case sensitive.


Change the badge for your email/text/etc counter
<your theme>/Bundles/com.apple.springboard/ SBBadgeBG.png


Change the chat/sms/txt bubbles
<your theme>Bundles/com.apple.MobileSMS/
Balloon_1.png
Balloon_2.png


Change your carrier image
just replace "ATT_US" or "ATT" with your carrier. Mine is ROGERS

Change your lockscreen Sliders

I would also like to know if you can change UISounds through Winterboard?

Thats a good list of image locations. I also used this guide to create winterboard themes from scratch. It describes how to add UISounds for specific themes at the very bottom.
