Changing system text in themes
in /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/English.lproj there is the file SpringBoard.strings
This file contains all of the string txt for the iPhone.
Back in the 1.xx we would modify this file to change the default text strings of the phone.
I tried doing this and adding /English.lproj/InfoPlist.strings to /Bundles/com.apple.springboard but it didnt work
Ideas?

Copy /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/English.lproj/SpringBoard.strings to YourTheme.theme/Bundles/com.apple.springboard/en.lproj/SpringBoard.strings and modify. I just left it in the existing plist format and it worked fine.
