Any chance to get a description or manual how I can remove the layer from the App Store icons? Thats the last thing I miss. Thanks in advance for your help, if...
if you mean the highlight overlay or the shadow you can get rid of them by creating a directory in your themes directory called UIImages and put two totally transparent pngs in there called AppIconOverlay.png and AppIconShadow.png and thatll get rid of em.
Just copy the blank.png I attached and rename it.

Thanks for this! Just what I wanted, but I have one question:

I like to keep all of my modifications in -

    /Library/Themes/<my theme name>/Bundles/com.apple.*

Is there a link for this UIImages folder that I can use in my Bundles??

Anyway to change the font color of the system strings? I want to make the "slide to unlock" string white instead of the stock grey.
