Default iLiberty+ Problem ("Put file failed: C:\Program Files\iLiberty\payload.zip")

I just upgraded my iPhone from firmware 1.1.1 to 1.1.4. I installed the firmware through iTunes on Vista.

    1st problem:
I couldn't restore the back up data on my phone after I upgraded to 1.1.4. iTunes doesn't come up with the iPhone screen when I plug the phone into my computer. However, it does say that the iPhone is plugged in properly when I go to Help>Run Diagnostic. I can't restore or upgrade using iTunes.

    2nd problem:
I downloaded iLiberty+, and when I press "Go for it", it says "Put file failed: CProgram Files\iLiberty\payload.zip".

What can I do to unlock/jailbreak/activate my 1.1.4 iPhone on Vista?

    Thanks in advance!

Make sure after you download iLiberty you unzip the file before you try and run the program. Also I would recommend a clean 1.1.4 RESTORE (not upgrade) before running iLiberty if you have previsouly jailbroken your phone to avoid conflicting code and installer ghost issues. And be sure and set up the phone as NEW.. not from a back-up. You can resync your contacts and pictures.. ect afterwards.
