WinSCP problem

i have 1.1.4 iphone and i want to install a drummer kit but when i open winscp and put in the ip like in the guide it just pops up that it cant connect. how do i fix it im very new to this

well check a number of things:

do you know how to work WinSCP?

make sure oon the oppening login screen, your user name = root and your password = alpine.

make sure you actually have SSH installed on your phone.

Also, this may sound silly, but make sure you have your wifi on. I turn mine off (and my ssh) when I leave the house to save battery, and sometimes I try connecting 1-2 times before I realize I forgot to turn them back on...
