has anyone found a solution for this? I am having trouble with the same issue and I've searched everywhere for answers but all I seem to find is unresponsive threads with no solutions.

I am having the same issue with my iphone but i was thinking that we might have to change the permission to something else to get access to that folder but if anyone else there knows how to fix it please let me know thanks.

See if the file path got moved to /private/var/stash/Applications. For some odd reason that's where my apps reside.

I had the same issue as the OP, but mine dealt with my theme folder.

Since I use iPhone Tunnel Suite as my winscp client...I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and everything worked fine.
