Quick question regarding the phonedmg folder

For starters, yes I have read the tutorial. Quite throughly, just have a question about the process.

I already unlocked my iphone using anysim, before connecting it to itunes at all or anything like that.

My question is.. do I have to completely restore my Iphone and reinstall anysim and all the other applications on it to get the files extracted from my phone?

My phonedmg folder only contains these files..
