Which app is it that will allow me to....
browse through the files on the iphone. I just installed theme builder and want to put my icons and everything on the phone but they need to go in specific folders so now I need that program that will let me do that. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the help but I'm getting "Connection refused". Is there something i need installed on my iphone first?

The are applications that are at Google Code - they run on the PC.

To look at your iphone through your iphone use MobileFinder(under Productivity) to change around files in it use Winscp as stated above but if it isnt working you should make sure you have all the root alpine Wifi stuff working. if you have no idea what im talking about i can explain but you said you got that to work alreaady so... yeah.
