Anysim after mod for AT&T

I have modded my phone to use with AT&T, if I remod again with anysim, do I have to factory my Iphone before I mod with anysim

Yes, you will need to Virginize (back to Factory Settings) and re-unlock with AppInstaller and PACAY, you won't need to re-run anySIM again.
