I want to add this theme on my phone and i have no idea how.

I searched and searched, found nothing and no im not a noob. Im just a little confused, because there is not just one file. Please help, thanks!!!!

lots of questions, do you have your phone jailbreaked, do you have installer.app installed, do you have summerboard installed, do you have ssh access to your phone?

if you have all of the above answered yes,
download the file, should be a single folder with stuff in it
ssh into your iphone
go to var/root/Library/Media/Summerboard/Themes (i think or something close)
put the folder in there
full restart your phone
go to summerboard preferences, on your iphone
change to the theme you uploaded.
