Is there an app that will let me copy iPhone content to PC?

I had my PC (windows XP) reformatted today because it crashed and refused to boot up. Needless to say, I can't sync my iPhone to my PC now since it will definitely wipe out my iPhone content (contacts, photos, songs, videos, podcasts, and audiobooks).

Is there a utility (for windows) that I can use to copy my iPhone content back to my computer?

or winscp. just go up to all the folders when you have it open and right click and press copy. it will copy it to the folder shown on the left.
