Noob question for loading new themes

So i managed to load Summer board & changing my themes with it remains easy. I downloaded a couple of themes from the new themes forum all of them are in zip files.

I simply cannot install them in my phone and i know i'm not using i brickr the way i'm supposed to. I have Winscp installed but i honestly don't have a clue on how to use it. Is there a simple way to install the themes i've downloaded in zip files using i brickr or do i have to do it another way like one by one using terminal ? (hope not) Thanks in advance !

You need to unzip the theme file, then copy the folder into the Summerboard themes folder (use the location menu in iPhoneBrowser).
