Ok so recently did a restore with a custom ipsw to 5.01 on my iphone4 But none of my pics came back on my phone! The back up is there

    Ok so recently did a restore with a custom ipsw to 5.01 on my iphone4
    But none of my pics came back on my phone!
    The back up is there but I dunno how to get it back on my phone or at least onto the computer so that I can save it""
    Please help I have my daughters 1st year pics there....

    so you dont know how to restore from an itunes backup or you restored but the pics didnt show?

    which one?

    Lol sorry, I did not restore to my back ups because I updated to a custom ipsw so all that I need is to get my pics from the backup that I saved before I did the update', hope I explained it better!!!

    If you jave the images on the computer you can just sunc them to the iphone with iTunes. If not, you can use a tool like iPhone Backup Extractor and take the images out of the backup and save them to the computer.

    No they were just on my phone! Indidnt think ahead to save them on my pc! I tried that program but it doesnt show as a jpeg or anything I recognize for that matter! Tried changing the file type but couldn't! Hi btw

    ok so did you backup from icloud, or from itunes?

    if you backed up from icloud, the only way to restore from the icloud backup is to RESTORE again, because during the INITIAL setup of your phone in the "Set Up Iphone" setup, it will ask you if you want to "Restore from icloud backup" or "sET UP as new iphone"

    if you backed it up via itunes, right click your device in iTunes and click the "Restore from backup" option, then choose the appropriate backup
