    Exclamation How do I restore a disabled iPhone?!?
    I found an iPhone 3g in the house today and it says, "iPhone disabled. Try again in 6,000,000 minutes." People said you need to put it in DFU mode for it to restore but the power button on the top doesn't work. It doesn't respond when I tried to turn it off. The home button is fine though. I tried connecting it to iTunes but it said that they couldn't read the iPhone because I needed to enter the password on the phone which I'm unable to do. I don't even know the password so yeah. Any way I could fix it? Please and thank you! I really appreciate it!

    Try putting it into recovery mode using tinyumbrella, that does not require a DFU state. Then do a restore. Wait, were is my 3gs?

    Try to enter pwndfu mode using redsn0w.... And then restore via custom firmware ....

    DFU restore, then set up as new iPhone
