i need help with apptapp

ive read the guide and it didnt help with my problem

ok i downloaded apptapp installer and tried to install it
i have dial up so i never could get the restore file to download completly before my internet would disconnect
so i searched for it on google and downloaded it with a download manager
but when i run apptapp it still tries to download

Is there a way around this?
