I will pay for help! Help me to restore itunes back up history or deleted videos!
PLEASE HELP ANYONE!
Here is the story...
Back in May I recorded a couple of videos. After that I backed up my Iphone with Itunes.
A couple days ago one of my friends deleted those videos and I really need those videos back!
I connected my iphone to my PC, I opened Itunes... with the right click on my mouse poiting on "Iphone" I saw "restore from back up" option. There was an option to restore from the date "May 16th" or whatever.. This is the time when I backed it up with those videos... Before restoring it back for that date, I wanted to back up my iphone to not lose my new pictures and videos etc.. When I backed it up... and went back to "restore from back up"... That option to restore from May backup disappeared!
Please help me on how to restore Itunes backup history or please help how to restore my deleted videos! I would really appreciate it and willing to pay for it!
please reply or email me at [email protected] thanks a lot!

Try iphone backup extractor or juicephone to see what backups are on your computer. You can then extract stuff from them and see if your videos are there.

I just tried backup extractor but it doesn't find that backup which I need. Only older ones... Is there anyway to restore deleted videos? Thanks for your help and time!

Well if it backed up the videos aren't they still on your computer then? Is sync videos selected in iTunes on your phone?

I did restore from backup from todays backup and I do have undeleted videos. So I'm guessing sync videos is selected. I need to find a way how to restore deleted videos........

If you EVER backed up your iPhone with the videos on the device, they should be on your computer.

How to find it then ? Thanks
I'm running Vista... I've searched my videos etc.. not a single video there.. If IT IS saved in the computer, I believe it should be in some other file for itunes... but where ? =(

Try your music folder, is there a videos folder in there next to it?
or is there a videos folder in the same folder as all of your music?
In other words try Start->Music->Videos or Start->Music->iTunes->Music->Videos
I'm kinda guessing on that folder structure as it's been awhile since ive turned on my desktop PC
Did u check your documents folder?Last edited by BenderRodriguez; 08-30-2011 at 11:15 PM.
