Default Windows Firewall settings for Airprint on Vista
Hoping someone can provide some insight into settings for Windows Firewall to allow airprint to work. I previously had airprint working fine in Windows 7, but recently had to revert to Vista OS and as a result I seem to be having firewall related problems.

Airprint is installed as a service. If I stop/start the service, my iphone finds my printer and prints. After about 5 minutes or so, the iphone can no longer find the printer. If I turn off Windows Firewall, the iphone redetects the printer.

In "Windows Advanced Firewall Settings", I have both inbound and outbound rules for airprint, set to "allow connections" (allowing both TCP and UDP connections).

    Thanks,
    Aaron

Try finding out what AirPrint uses besides the service. Is there an application or ports that it uses? Windows Firewall may block some of these.
