elo mates i accedently restor my iphon4 bb 01.59.00 now bb upgrade to 03.10.01 eny way for unlock oru eny way for downgrade bb plz helppppppppppp

Nope, no way to unlock or downgrade baseband. You are stuck until dev team comes up with a new unlock.

For to mention when unlocking your phone do I need to have sim card

not necessarily but it is always good to have a official carrier sim to activate your iPhone if you need to restore.

If you restored now then you would either need that sim to activate or you could hacktivate with redsnow

If you are on 4.2.1 then only redsnow can jailbreak it. It is a tethered jailbreak on iPhone 4.

On 4.1 you can use limera1n, greenpoison, or redsnow, all are untethered on 4.1

You should always save your SHSH, whether it be with Cydia or tiny umbrella.

If you use tiny umbrella it will save on your computer and on cydia.
