Tether iPhone 3GS straight to xbox live WITHOUT using a computer as a router

I'm trying to get where I can use my iPhone 3GS to get on xbox live. I don't want to use a computer as a router... Since I don't own one, haha. But I'm wondering can you add software to your xbox360 where you can just use your iPhone's amazing tethering ability to get on xbox live. If anyone can give me information relate to that, it would be quiet helpful and much appreciated.

There is only one way of doing this. I'm not sure how well it will work but you need a jailbroken phone.

First you have to download MyWi. This program enables wireless tethering. It essentially creates a "router" to which the xbox can connect.

You will also need the wireless adapter for the xbox.

Then you just connect the xbox wirelessly to the iPhone and wallah. You're xbox is now online.

The wireless adapters run around $100.

If you're talking in terms of a wired connection, I'm sorry, I don't think there is a way to do it without a laptop.

I've never tried it my self so I'm going out on a limb with this comment but I'm not to sure how great of a connection you would get if it would even be enough to play games. Even the best of 3G network isn't half of a standard wifi connection. Like I said not positive correct me if I'm wrong cause if it does work that would be pretty good idea.
