Eight OS Desktop Wallpaper Setup

I was recently getting a new theme for my ipod and saw that the Eight OS theme has a desktop Wallpaper after hours of fiddling around I gave up But, i'm determined to setup this up on my computer. Does anyone know how to install the wallpaper and make it look like the preview. (link to download in the post)

I found out how to set it up a while ago you need to download rainmeter and then download the Omnimo skin for it... it's pretty easy on take about 5 minutes
