pc navigation for 1.1.4? to add files

i was wondering if there was a computer prog that will access 1.1.4 to add files cause i need to add some roms to my newly upgraded fone but i havent been on in awhile so help appreciated thnx

I use iPhonePCSuite. You can get this from the download link or just use the MMI's new and improved search for this app. There is also iphoneBrowser & WinSCP. All windows apps.
