iDesigner: Winterboard Theme Creator
I made a program for windows that allows you to easily create a theme for winterboard. Here are some of the features:
- Upload to device using SSH automatically
- Preview any individual images used in the theme
- Full preview (Icons\Wallpaper\Dock\Status Bar\Lock Screen\Page Overlays\Badge)
- Easy support for battery and UIImages/UISounds
- Edit springboard strings
- Zip theme for easy upload
- Scan directories for icons/batteries/UIImages/UISounds automatically
- Load other themes to customize, preview, or upload
- Easily manage themes on your iPhone/iTouch and computer
- Create SBSettings themes
- Extra downloadable package with default UIImages, UISounds, and SBSettings images to help you get started
The current version is: 126.96.36.199298
And if you have any feedback/ideas please share them here or using the feedback part of the application itself.
I hope this will help some of you who don't have a lot of skill putting the themes together and getting them to your phone, that was my goal.
I've posted this on a few other website but would really like to get some input, so please let me know!
Here's some screenshots:
Download iDesigner | MMi Mirror
- Can't load theme not created in iDesigner (Should be fixed today)

Is there a way to preview the actual theme with icons and status bar, dock, etc? That would be a much appreciated feature.

I get an error when trying to build the theme. I think it might be an ssh problem...
"9/22/2010 11:13:22 AM: Making theme directory on remote device.
9/22/2010 11:13:24 AM: An exception has occured. Error details:
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index
SSH is on and open and my winscp will connect...not sure what the problem is, any ideas?

Hi. I'm no developer, so I have 0 experience with this. That said, the whole reason I downloaded this was to add custom icons... My question is, how do I add icons to a theme?

make sure You must have .Net Framework 4.0 Also set your IP to SSH into the phone & make sure that the folders have the right Perms set. otherwise, errors will always jump at ya..
