Downloads and Itunes Help Please?

I have just received my iphone and am unable to sync it with my pc through itunes. Does anyone else have a problem with this?? My iphone has been unlocked to all networks. Is there a specefic version of itunes you need for the iphone to sync?

Also, within the downloads section of this website, referring to themes, how do I get the download I want from the website (downloaded onto desktop) onto my iphone?

1. Simply download the latest iTunes, that should cover you if thats the problem.

2. This is the iTouch section, not iPhone. Your question would be better suited for either the modding in os x or modding in windows sections of the forum.
