My iphone cannot be synced because I do not have enough access privileges. HELP!

When I plug in my unlocked 3.1 3GS to my laptop(Vista), this pop up "My Iphone cannot be synced. You do not have enough access privileges to this operation" and this happened ever since I upgraded from 3.0 to 3.1. HELP! I google for help and can't find answer to this. HELP!

Laptop: Windows Vista
Iphone 3GS 3.1
Itunes: 9.02

What are you trying to do? Sync with itunes or is that message just pooping up?

This happend to me to...I freaked out so I synced it to my brothers computer and restore it. Now it works fine.

I was trying to update the apps and that message keeps popping up or everytime when I add music in my iphone
