As title says. I've got an Ipod Touch 2g. 3.1.2 FW that I've jailbroken with blackra1n. I'm trying to transer files, ect.. over USB using iPhone Explorer, iPhone Browser, and iFunBox. All three apps are reporting the ipod as being not jailbroken. Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks

Figured it out. Needed to add afc2add from Cydia.

Go to Cydia and install afc2add and reboot your iPhone.

Problem fixed.

I have the same problem that you had, except...im locked out of my phone cuz i had forgot my password so..i cnt go to cydia and add that package...is there any other way to access cydia and DOWNLOAD afc2add to my iPhone 3G 3.1.2? cuz u cant download anything from cydia using ur computer

Nope u have to restore and then do it if u forgot ur pass word

Im not sure if i have OpenSSH, probably not...but i do have programs that allow me to SSH such as: WinSCP, iPhonebrowser and DiskAid

oh...and afc2add is only accesable through cydia, which i cnt get to cuz i cnt get past the lock screen...ugh..i cnt restore, too much stuff on my phone to lose..

Thats stupid, yor locked out, so you've pretty much lost itall anyway, you might as well restore it. See the logic in that? lol

make sure you are typing afc2add not something else, i had the same problem i was typing 2afcadd and you can jus type afc and it should be the first one to show up.
