iTunes was unable to load dataclass information?

hi guys,

i searched whole site for that, since many days im finding
solution for that,
iTunes is not syncing my iphone3g 3.0 in xp, service pack 3,
its saying

"itunes was unable to load dataclass information, reconnect or try again later"

i tried to reinstall iTunes, Apple mobile device support.
restart PC several times, respring and hard reset iphone.
but no Luck.

but in my laptop having vista its connecting very well, eberything is fone there............

please somebody can gve suggestions about that?

can't backup my phone cause this.
