Installing Downloaded Themes

I've Been using SummerBoard and Installer for a little while to get themes. But recently I downloaded a Sports Theme from the Theme Forum. I unzipped it and it isn't a .thm so i wasn't able to use it with iSwitcher. Just need some guidance from someone on how to install a theme I downloaded from the site onto my Iphone using Windows. btw I'm not good with the comp. stuff so if it can be Dumbed Down please do.

Some of those are older theme styles, when we didn't have iSwitcher or SummerBoard. You have to individually copy them into the iPhone using SFTP (check the guides).
