Help with theme installation

I have a simple question:
How do you install the themes shown in the 'new thems section'. I personally like to install the 'prado theme' but have know idea how to do that. If someone could explain how to do that the easiest method i would be very thankfull

From installer, install Summerboard & iSwitcher, most of the themes are located there, then you can install the themes through installer.
