This is more of just a question.. but when I try to download iToner, it wont let me open.. because it is a .dmg file..

Is there anyway to have iToner on windows[vista]?

.dmg files are program files made for mac. they most likely ONLY work for mac unless you can find a program to convert it or anything, but ive never heard of this.. you should start looking for a ringtone program from PC or WINDOWS..
