Spaces Between Icons - PC or OSX

Is there a program or app that would give me the ability to have an icon setup like:

Icon-Space-Space-Icon
Icon-Space-Space-Icon
Icon-Space-Space-Icon
Icon - Icon - Icon - Icon
---------Dock---------

Sorry about the, well, crappy outline there.

Anyway, I have access to Mac and PC, but just a heads up. I cannot use iFuntastic to do this, as it messes up the wallpaper and icons and is generally not compatible with what I have done so far.

The only thing I could come up with is making fake, iconless apps to make the spaces, but I doubt that would work.

yeah you can use RSBT.. here is the web site that talks about how to do it.

i did it. Its kinda hard and you have to have like Ibrickr so you can create a folder with a blank space first.

I've been using rSBT for quite some time, but couldn't figure out how to get the blank icons. I guess the folder idea was the right one. I'll try it out.
