Deleated iPhone Backup

hey i was having some issues with my iPhone yesterday, and i had to do a restore well after i restored, none of my games/apps were showing up, so i rejailbroke and then couldnt find cydia(yes the box was checked) using quickpwn so i restored again thinking the problem was in my back up i deleted it and the ealiest i could find was back in march. even though i back up my phone at LEAST once a week. after i finished i rejailbroke now everything works fine but i lost a bunch of stuff(within my applications) is there any way to recover that dele

As far as I know there is no way to recover the backup. Unless it went to your recycle bin, but im guessing you checked that already.

yeah, i found the back up files but i wasnt sure how to put them back in the location they needed to be in to show up in itunes.

CDocuments and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

this is the directory you are looking for...i think

or if you restore it from the recycling bin, it should automatically go to the original location

in settings/general try enabling then disbling restrictions. sometimes this brings hidden files out of hiding.
