I've been looking around and I haven't really found anything so I thought I'd ask, is there a program designed for the iPhone that can directly connect to it and allow me to modify my contacts from my PC? I'm thinking something simple that might even have the same general design as the iPhone. Anything like that out there?

When you say modify, what do you mean? I use Windows Address Book or Outlook to update information of my contacts and then I sync them over to my phone through iTunes.

iPhone pc suite can do it I believe. I'll test it when I get to work.

So I took a look and you can edit your contacts on your PC with iPhone PC Suite. I took screenies.
